Board Self-Assessment

Library boards should do a self-assessment every year in order to make sure that they are being as productive as possible in supporting the library's mission and vision. These assessments will help highlight where the board is excelling and areas that need further training and development. Assessments will help increase engagement and teamwork within the group to make a more cohesive board. Below are resources to help get the board started in the right direction:
