News Feed: lawsuit against the Internet Archive

The Internet Archive, a "non-profit library of millions of free books, movies, software, music, websites, and more" (archive.org), is being sued by four corporate book publishers (Hachette, HarperCollins, Wiley, and Penguin Random House) over its practice of Controlled Digital Lending. The publishers claim copyright infringement, and the Internet Archive claims fair use.
