Library Planning: Marketing Planning

Marketing Planning

A marketing plan is a document that supports your vision and mission statement through different methods of outreach. Your marketing plan is the vehicle that helps you move toward a predetermined goal primarily because it is a tool that can help increase public support for the library on a continuous basis.  The plan includes an outline for the year that supports the execution of your goals.  Your marketing plan will include all of your campaigns, branding, and programs. This is a living document and is meant to be edited as things change. You can also build on it for future years.
